Directions

We are located one mile north of the Shell station at the corner of Carlsborg Road and Highway 101. From Highway 101 we are located approximately 1 mile to the north on the left side of the road. We are directly across from the Carlsborg Post Office. Our building is the one on the left and has a sign above it that says Physical Therapy.
